Terms of service
Service
The BinFather Trash Bin Cleaner cleans, sanitizes and deodorizes residential and commercial waste containers at the curb or agreed collection point. Service is scheduled the day after your collection so the container is empty. If the container is not accessible or is still full when we arrive, we return on the next scheduled pass rather than bill for an incomplete job.
Recurring service
Recurring service continues until you cancel. There is no contract, no minimum term, no startup fee and no cancellation fee. You may pause, change frequency or cancel at any time by calling (954) 594-1666.
Pricing
Pricing depends on the number of containers and the frequency of service, and is confirmed with you before your first cleaning. Commercial pricing is quoted after a site visit. We will tell you in advance of any change to your rate.
Condition of containers
We clean containers to remove residue, bacteria and odor. Discoloration set into the plastic, existing cracks, damaged lids and corroded hardware cannot be reversed by cleaning, and we are not responsible for pre-existing damage. If a container is unsafe to service we will tell you rather than proceed.
On site
We work at the curb or at the agreed collection point and tidy up after ourselves before we leave. Cleaning is carried out with our own equipment and water supply, so nothing is drawn from the property.
